Who is responsible
A Nossa Ilha is the controller for the personal data collected through this website and its tour booking flow. You can contact us about privacy at hello@anossailha.com.
What we use and why
When you make an enquiry or reservation, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, selected services, date, group size and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to you, check availability, arrange and administer the requested service, take payment and provide customer support.
The legal bases are taking steps at your request and performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
Service providers
We use service providers only where they are needed to run the service. Stripe processes card payments in its hosted checkout. Our booking-storage and hosting providers process reservation information for us. The house booking widget is provided by Holidu and is governed by Holidu’s own privacy information once you choose to use it.
Social-media links take you to the relevant platform, which then processes information under its own terms. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards apply.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and reservation information only for as long as necessary to handle the request, provide the service, meet accounting or legal duties, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email hello@anossailha.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to Portugal’s data-protection authority, the CNPD.
We do not use your data for decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
